Founded in 2019 by Dr. Thuy Tran Xuan, MEDLINKS is a forward-thinking medical distribution company dedicated to powering effective, ethical, and innovative healthcare access in Vietnam.

Dr. Thuy Tran Xuan (Founder & CEO)

Dr. Thuy’s journey is one of purpose and perseverance. A medical doctor trained at Hanoi Medical University (1998–2004) with dreams of becoming an oncologist, he rose from Sales Representative to Sales Director at Eastern Medical, excelled as Business Development Manager at Medtronic Vietnam (Respiratory & Renal Care), earned an MBA with distinction from Solvay Brussels, and later led major organisations as CEO and Division Head.

Driven by clinical insight and a passion for better patient outcomes, he founded MEDLINKS while pursuing his DBA - creating a trusted bridge between global MedTech innovation and Vietnam’s evolving healthcare needs.

Guided by our VISION to be beloved by Vietnamese healthcare professionals for top-quality products and diligent service - while being proud by our team for an ethical, prosperous, and joyful environment - MEDLINKS pursues its MISSION of powering medical access through effective and efficient distribution of medical products and information.
